CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Clients are expected to attend sessions on time. Any missed or canceled appointments within the 24-hour window are non-refundable. I appreciate cancelation notices as soon as possible to protect my time and accommodate other clients. Clients may reschedule yoga therapy sessions if I am notified 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time.

EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions to this cancelation and rescheduling policy can be made due to a serious or contagious illness or emergency.

GRACE PERIOD
It is important to be on time for your appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be responsible for the full fee for the session.
